The Amsterdam School of Economics asked The X Culture Club to develop a social media campaign to recruit Masters’ students. The number of students taking a Master's degree is decreasing. Even with your Bachelor's degree you can quickly find a job due to the shortage in the labor market. Students who look a little further realise that in the longer term a Master's degree offers a better career perspective and more security.

How to convince students to take a Master’s in Econometrics, Economics & Business or a Pre-Master’s at the UvA? We gained insights and inspiration by conversations with international students.

Important motivations for international youngsters and their environment to choose for the UvA are its top-ranking and excellent career perspectives. They also mentioned the UvA's open culture - interesting from a cultural perspective - which stimulates to develop your own thinking. We used current economic themes, relevant for young people.
